Health Ministry Spokesman Reports 731 New Confirmed COVID-19 Cases, 620 Recoveries Reported, in Saudi Arabia

Riyadh, Official Spokesman of the Ministry of Health Dr. Mohammed Al-Abdulaali said, in a press conference held today, that 731 new confirmed cases of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported today in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, bringing the total number to 533,516 confirmed cases, including 10,200 active cases receiving necessary medical care. Of these, there are 1,405 critical cases, while the health condition of the rest is stable, he said.

Dr. Al-Abdulaali added that 620 new recoveries have been recorded, bringing the total recoveries to 514,982 cases. Also, 14 new deaths have been reported, bringing the total deaths to 8,334, said the health ministry spokesman.

The number of COVID-19 vaccine doses that have been administered reached 29,604,201 doses through more than 587 vaccination centers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dr. Al-Abdulaali said.
