HR Tech MENA 2025 Summit Begins in Dubai with Focus on Future Workforce

Dubai: The HR Tech MENA 2025 Summit commenced in Dubai as organisers QnA International gathered leading industry solution providers to delve into the future of work in the region. The event brought together CHROs, CTOs, CIOs, VPs of HR and IT, and digital transformation experts from across the region to engage with acclaimed industry leaders, share best practices, discuss challenges, and explore solutions shaping tomorrow's workplace.

According to Emirates News Agency, Sidh NC, Director of QnA International, expressed satisfaction in hosting the HR Tech MENA Summit 2025, a premier event addressing the critical topic of tech transformation for organisational and employee well-being. He noted the significant strides MENA has made in tech transformation, with AI adoption reaching 76%, and emphasized a continued commitment to enhancing employee experience, strategic workforce planning, and digital upskilling.

Dr. Oleg Konovalov, recognized among the Global Gurus Top 30 in Leadership and the Global 100 Inspirational Leaders, alongside figures like Bill Gates and Elon Musk, delivered the opening keynote on 'Raising Visionary Leaders of Tech: The Role of HR as People Visionaries.' His address underscored the distinction between leaders who anticipate the future and managers focused on the present. Konovalov highlighted that AI cannot replace leaders due to its reliance on past and present data, urging CHROs and COOs to adopt visionary leadership.
