Riyadh, President of Human Rights Commission (HRC) Dr. Awwad bin Saleh Al-Awwad received at his office today the Ambassador of Bangladesh to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Dr. Mohammad Javed Patwary.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed issues of common interest between the two countries, especially in the fields of human rights, as well as the challenges and measures being taken to confront the repercussions of the Covid-19 pandemic on the labor market, in addition to the efforts being exerted by Saudi Arabia this regard.
The two sides also reviewed the Labor Reforms Initiative for Private Sector Workers of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
Dr. Al-Awwad affirmed the depth of relations between Saudi Arabia and Bangladesh and the importance of such visits between the two sides to exchange views regarding many issues that would promote the cooperation.
