His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, received in Riyadh President Mahmoud Abbas of the State of Palestine. During the meeting, they discussed the state of military escalation in Gaza and its surroundings, with HRH the Crown Prince stressing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's continued efforts in communicating with all international and regional parties to stop the escalation. HRH the Crown Prince affirmed Saudi Arabia's unwavering support for the Palestinian people to obtain their legitimate rights in a decent life, achieve their hopes and aspirations, and achieve a just and lasting peace. The meeting was attended by Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz; Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah; President of the General Intelligence Khalid bin Ali Al-Humaidan; and the Saudi Ambassador to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, who also serves as non-resident Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the State of Palestine Naif bin Bandar Al-Sudairy.
