SANA'A - SABA: Information minister on Thursday declared a 70% discount in fees required to obtain a permit for a press website, on the occasion of the Prophet Birthday. The discount decision comes in a bid to control and rationalize the media online industry, Minister Hashim Sharafadeen told Saba.
