Zagreb, The Islamic Sheikhdom of the Republic of Croatia has awarded the certificate of the influential Islamic personality to Saudi Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh, in recognition of his efforts in spreading tolerance, cooperation and dialogue among religions, as well as serving Islam according to the approach of moderation, and confronting extremist groups.
In a statement issued by the Sheikhdom’s Executive Council of the Republic of Croatia, Head of the Islamic Sheikhdom of the Republic of Croatia Sheikh Aziz Hasanovic said that honoring Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance comes as recognition of the role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and all its institutions under the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud in spreading the principles of dialogue and tolerance among all religions.
