Israel continues its violations in Gaza at same rate following ICJ ruling-Euro-Med Monitor, 1st, final add

_: The Euro-Med Monitor confirmed that the Israeli army forces did not comply with the implementation of any of these measures, as they continued to carry out deliberate killings and targeting of civilians on a wide scale and without military necessity or proportionality in dozens of cases, and they also continued the process of systematic and widespread destruction of civilian objects, including homes, residential areas, neighborhoods, and certain areas that have witnessed horrific crimes for them, pointing out that this comes within the framework of destroying evidence of the commission of the crime of genocide.

The Euro-Med Monitor pointed out that, during the past two days, more of the dead were buried in the square of Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis because they could not be transported to the cemetery where the Israeli forces are stationed, confirming that it documented at least 4 other mass and random burial sites in the squares, schools, and streets of Khan Yunis.

The Euro-Med Monitor said that Israel
is still deliberately obstructing the entry of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip in general and placing more stringent restrictions on its entry into northern Wadi Gaza in particular, where the famine situation is worsening after 114 days since the start of the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip.

The Euro-Med Monitor confirmed that settlers obstructed the entry of humanitarian aid through the “Karama Abu Salem” crossing east of Rafah in recent days, with the approval of the Israeli police, based on instructions from Israeli Minister of National Security “Etamar Ben Gvir,” according to Israeli media reports, stressing that these practices will increase the depth and deterioration of the humanitarian crisis in the sector.

The Euro-Med Monitor confirmed that the number of aid trucks fell to only 87 trucks during the past two days compared to previous days, which were witnessing an average of 100 trucks per day, which was criticized because it only meets less than 10% of the needs of the population. This reflects I
srael’s determination to violate the ICJ ruling.

The Euro-Med Monitor confirmed that the Israeli army continues to target hundreds of Palestinians during their gathering on Salahuddin Street in southern Gaza to wait for the aid trucks, the last of which was yesterday when 3 civilians were killed and others were injured.

This was repeated today, with the recording of more deaths and many injuries among civilians.

Tens of displaced people were also injured in a shelter center located in a school in the Al-Amal neighborhood after a fire broke out in the tents due to Israeli shelling, and the Israeli army is still preventing ambulances and rescue teams from reaching the place.
