Israeli occupation forces shoot, injure Palestinians in West Bank – MoH

A number of Palestinians were injured, one seriously, when Israeli occupation forces stormed West Bank city of Nablus and a town near Jenin on Wednesday, the Palestinian health ministry said.

The ministry added in a statement a number of casualties arrived at Rafidia government hospital, including one who was critically injured in his abdomen.

The occupation forces stormed the eastern side of Nablus and clashes with the Palestinians took place. The Palestinians blocked streets with burning tires and tossed stones at occupation forces’ vehicles. The occupation troops fired bullets, tear and sound bombs.

Another occupation force stormed Aqbat Jabr camp in Jericho and arrested four Palestinians before leaving the area.

The Israeli occupation forces also arrested two brothers in Bethlehem and four from Al-Khalil (Hebron), according to the prisoners club.

The Palestinian presidency said the “international silence and failure of accountability encouraged the Israeli occupation to continue its crimes against our people, the latest was execution of a 15-year-old Mohammad Al-Zaarir south of Al-Khalil and Mohammad Al-Mazareh east of Al-Quds last night.” Presidency spokesman Nabil Abu Rudaineh said Israeli occupation government “is challenging the international law with daily killing operations against the Palestinian people, insisting to pursue with its killing and execution operations, storming of towns, villages and camps, as well as executing mass punishment against the Palestinian people.” He called on the international community to provide protection for the Palestinian people.
