Israeli occupation forces step up attacks on Rafah


Amman: Israeli occupation forces blasted neighborhoods in the southern Gaza Strip city of Rafah, on Thursday, where over half of Gaza’s population is sheltering.

Meanwhile, diplomats sought to salvage ceasefire talks after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu rejected a Hamas movement proposal.

Earlier, a Hamas delegation led by senior official Khalil Al-Hayya arrived in Cairo on Thursday for ceasefire talks with mediators Egypt and Qatar.
