Israeli settler killed, another injured in shooting attack in Jordan Valley

Ramallah: A settler was killed and another injured in a shooting attack near the Makhoula settlement junction in the Jordan Valley in the occupied West Bank, the Israeli army radio station announced on Sunday evening. The radio station said that settlers' vehicle came under heavy fire from a speeding vehicle, killing one settler and wounding another. The Israeli occupation forces closed Tayasir and Hamra military checkpoints, deployed large numbers of soldiers in the area, and launched drones in the sky to search for the perpetrators.
