Gaza: Israeli occupation forces Monday killed at least 57 Palestinian Gazans in Khan Yunis with “indiscriminate” bombing of homes and displaced people’s tens, according to the government media office in Gaza.
“Government crews were unable to reach the bodies of the martyrs and injured due to the intensity of the bombing, as civil defence crews were targeted, and this crime also led to 196 casualties in just 10 hours,” the statement reads.
Rescue teams received over 1,215 calls for help amid the “intense and indiscriminate” Israeli bombardment in the southern city of Khan Yunis, according to the statement.
“The occupation army carried out its violent and continuous aerial and artillery bombardment at a time when citizens were trying to evacuate their homes as a result of the evacuation and displacement orders it had issued, which were repeated for the second time since the beginning of this month in Khan Yunis, exposing the lie of a humanitarian zone that the occupation army had targeted dozens of times and
carried out many massacres in.”
