The seventeenth and eighteenth issues of the ‘Official Gazette’ were issued by the Libyan House of Representatives on December 31, 2023.
Today, Thursday, the House of Representatives published the two issues, as Issue (17) of the Official Gazette included Law No. (29) of 2023, approving the state’s general budget for the year (2023).
The eighteenth issue included Law (32) of 2023, amending the provisions of the Judicial System Law, naming the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, and appointing the President of the Supreme Authority for Hajj and Umrah. And House of Representatives Resolution No. (56) to correct a material error, in addition to many laws and decisions.
