Japanese Foreign Minister Yoko Kamikawa discussed Friday with her visiting Libyan counterpart Taher Al Baour means to enhance cooperation relations between the two countries. The two ministers also exchanged views on a number of regional and international issues of common interest, most notably the Palestinian issue and the reform of the UN Security Council.
