Public Security Directorate (PSD) Director Major General Obaidallah Maaytah Tuesday welcomed a Qatari delegation led by Ministry of Interior Assistant Undersecretary Sheikh Nayef bin Faleh Al Thani. They went over prospects of cooperation and joint security cooperation and the exchange of expertise to enhance security and policing work in the two countries. Maaytah said the Public Security Directorate is keen to boost ties and the exchange of expertise with security and police agencies in Arab countries with the aim of improving services to the public and residents in the Kingdom. The Qatari official pointed to the brotherly relations with Jordan and commended the level the PSD achieved, becoming a model in providing efficient and professional security, police and humanitarian services.
