Baghdad, The Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs condemned in the strongest terms the Iranian artillery and missile shelling, which targeted several areas in the Kurdistan region today, Wednesday, and resulted in martyrs and injuries.
In a statement, the Foreign Ministry affirmed Jordan’s absolute solidarity with Iraq, and denounced the attack on its sovereignty and the security of its citizens.
The Jordanian Foreign Ministry expressed its sincere condolences to the Iraqi government and people, and the families of the victims, and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.
