Seoul: The Republic of Korea's exports have increased by 3.7 percent from a year earlier in April, marking a third consecutive month of growth, as indicated by recent data.
According to Emirates News Agency, data compiled by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy revealed that outbound shipments reached US$58.2 billion last month, setting a new record for April's export figures. Meanwhile, imports experienced a 2.7 percent decline compared to the previous year, totaling $53.3 billion, and resulting in a trade surplus of $4.88 billion.
