Kuwait Amir congratulates North Korea on nat’l day

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Monday a congratulatory cable to North Korean Leader Kim Jong-un in celebration of his country's national day.
