Kuwait Amir offers condolences to Vietnam over passing of late president

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of condolences on Monday to President of Vietnam To Lam, expressing sincere condolences over the passing of late president Nguyen Phu Trong.
