Kuwait Amir’s Rep. receives WHO chief in New York

Representative of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, received Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO) Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus in New York late Thursday. During the meeting, held on the sidelines of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Khaled conveyed His Highness the Amir's regards, several health issues, the latest world developments and ways of promoting bilateral cooperation. Present at the meeting were Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Al-Yahya, Undersecretary of Foreign Affairs at His Highness the Crown Prince's Diwan Mazen Al-Isa and Kuwaiti Ambassador to the US Sheikha Al-Zain Sabah Al-Nasser Al-Sabah.
