The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait, Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya, met here today with Indian Minister of External Affairs Subrahmanyam Jaishankar on the sidelines of the Joint Ministerial Meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council, held at the headquarters of the Secretariat General in Riyadh.
