Kuwait city: The price of Kuwaiti oil rose by US$ 2.88 to reach US$ 87.44 per barrel during Friday's trading, compared to US$ 84.56 per barrel the previous day, announced Kuwait Petroleum Corporation on Saturday.
According to Emirates News Agency, the global oil market saw a contrasting trend as Brent crude fell by 39 cents to reach US$ 89.31 per barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate decreased by 13 cents to reach US$ 83.40 per barrel.
