Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Al-Yahya met with GCC Secretary General Jasem Al-Budaiwi on Thursday, with the presence of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.
