The Land Transport Regulatory Commission (LTRC) said fares for transporting passengers to the Syrian capital, Damascus, by foreign travel agencies remained unchanged without any hikes. In a statement to "Petra' on Tuesday, the LTRC called on "citizens who are asked to pay a fare higher than the specified amount to report the vehicle number to the commission's directorates in the governorates to take legal measures." The commission received complaints from citizens reporting a fare hike by some foreign travel vehicles to Damascus during the past week. Source: Jordan News Agency
