Magnitude 6.7 Earthquake Strikes Central Peru

Abu dhabi: A magnitude 6.7 earthquake struck central Peru. According to Emirates News Agency, the US Geological Survey reported that the earthquake occurred at a depth of 99 kilometers, with its epicenter located 31 kilometers north-west of the Aniso area in the Andes. There were no reports of injuries or damage following the seismic event.
