Mariam bint Mohamed bin Zayed Emphasizes UAE’s Commitment to Child Development

Abu dhabi: H.H. Sheikha Mariam bint Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice Chair of the Education, Human Development and Community Development Council, highlighted the importance of early childhood as the foundation for a person's journey of discovery and development. She stressed the significance of creating environments that foster learning and growth from a young age, coinciding with the celebration of Emirati Children's Day.

According to Emirates News Agency, Sheikha Mariam emphasized the UAE's dedication to nurturing safe environments that support children's development. She noted that Emirati Children's Day serves as a reminder of the critical investment in early childhood for the future of the society. Sheikha Mariam underscored the pivotal role of the family in shaping a child's growth and identity, particularly during the Year of the Family.

Sheikha Mariam also highlighted the responsibility of providing children with supportive environments to ensure their safety and confidence. She pointed out the importance of backing parents and caregivers, as well as fostering partnerships between families and educational institutions.
