The Martyrs, Wounded, Prisoners, and Missing Persons Fund has received Best Workplace certification from Great Place To Work, a global organization that evaluates workplaces based on a unified methodology applied in most countries. This award came after the organization's accredited experts conducted a general analysis and evaluation using a comprehensive questionnaire, in which all employees participated, to measure their satisfaction with the work environment and related aspects, such as professional development, cooperation, confidence, job benefits, and so on. The fund's management stressed its firm commitment, represented by the Human Resources Department, to applying the best professional practices to create a positive work environment that stimulates creativity and innovation, in addition to enhancing the productivity of its staff and talent. The Best Workplace certification aims to promote the best local workplaces in public and private establishments that can attract, develop, and retain human tal ent and competencies.
