Member of the House of Representatives (Baloun) is briefed on the tasks of the International Judicial Unit for Libya.

Tripoli: Member of the House of Representatives Asmahan Baloun was briefed during a meeting yesterday, Sunday, with the head of the International Judicial Unit for Libya affiliated with the International Court for the Settlement of Disputes, on the tasks assigned to the unit, and its relationship with the Libyan state institutions in not overlapping tasks. The meeting, which was held at the House of Representatives in Benghazi, addressed how to communicate with national expertise within the country, and enhance the partnership between national and international human rights institutions. The member of the House of Representatives stressed the importance of coordination and cooperation between national and international institutions, to ensure the achievement of justice and the protection of human rights in Libya.
