Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture Chairs Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Environment Fund

Riyadh: The Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Environment Fund, Engineer Abdulrahman Abdulmohsen AlFadley, chaired today the second meeting of the fund's board of directors during the current fiscal year. The board of directors discussed the fund's performance during the first half of the current year, reviewing the achievements report for the second quarter of the year and the fund's financial and investment performance report for the second quarter. The meeting presented the work progress of the incentives and grants program and the various activities of the fund, while the board of directors approved the regulations on credit facilities for loan guarantees and the updated financial and administrative regulations. The board of directors discussed the reports of the affiliated committees, including the Audit and Risk Committee and the Investment, Nominations and Remuneration Committee, and adopted appropriate decisions regarding them.
