Abu Dhabi: The Ministry of Defence (MoD) has expressed deep sorrow over the loss of Mohammed Ateeq Salem bin Salooma Al Khaili, who succumbed to injuries sustained while participating in Operation Storm of Resolve in Yemen in 2015. Al Khaili had been receiving intensive care but passed away as a martyr last evening. According to Emirates News Agency, the Ministry of Defence has extended its heartfelt condolences and sympathy to Al Khaili's family. The Ministry has prayed for Allah Almighty to grant him mercy, a place in His spacious gardens, and to provide his family with patience and comfort during this difficult time.
