Ministry of Interior: We supervised the training of the security of the stadiums for Gulf 25

Baghdad, The Ministry of Interior confirmed today, Saturday, the continuation of diligent work as one team that includes all security, service and sports sectors, despite the rain, to enhance the security of the Basra stadiums in preparation for the Gulf 25 .

Major General Mahmoud Abu Al-Taman, representative of the Ministry of Interior in the security committee for Khaleeji (25), said to the official agency: We supervised the training of stadium security for the first time in the new Al-Minaa stadium, the Olympic stadium, which will open on (26) of this month with a friendly match that brings together the Kuwait Kuwaiti clubs and al-Minaa Club.

Abu Al-Taman added: “We supervised the training of the extraction force to remove the rioters from the stadiums yesterday evening, Friday, and we met with the clans of Basra, and we will have a meeting with all the security services present in the province.”

It is noteworthy that the Arab Gulf Cup Championship in its (25th) edition, which will be hosted by Basra Governorate for the period (6-19) of next January, will be held at the Palm Trunk Stadium and the Olympic Port Stadium.
