Dammam, The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance, represented by its branch in the Eastern Region, completed all preparations to receive pilgrim convoys arriving from the State of Kuwait through Al Raqa’I Port today.
The preparations included allocating guidance facilities at the border crossing and reinforcing them with specialized administrative teams to guide pilgrims before entering the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Preachers will be present to educate pilgrims, give lectures, and provide scientific lessons in the border-crossing mosque and the travelers’ mosque to familiarize pilgrims with the rituals of Hajj and its timings. Additionally, there will be an “Answering the Inquirer” service to address pilgrims’ inquiries related to religious matters and the Hajj rituals.
The Islamic Affairs Ministry’s corner at the border crossing was equipped to receive pilgrims, and all necessary facilities were provided to serve them and provide support and information about the “Rushd” application, which inclu
des multiple services, such as the electronic library that supports 52 different languages.
