Through its recently rolled-out Invest.jo platform, the Ministry of Investment has offered an opportunity to invest in building an amusement park near the Queen Alia Airport Road in Amman. The platform has projected an investment volume of $12 million, with an anticipated internal return rate of 15.2 percent of the project. The construction will take place on a 54,672 square-meter plot of land, 18 kilometers from the Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) and 12 kilometers from downtown Amman. The park, which includes a public park, shops, a water park, and virtual reality games, will cater to all segments of society with a variety of offers and prices. The plot of land cost is estimated at JD16.2 million (JD300 per square meter). The land will be divided into five main areas: a public park, three areas designated for entertainment and parking lots. The Ministry's platform, available in Arabic and English, is designed to streamline communication with investors, both domestic and foreigners, and acquaint them with the Kingdom's business environment.
