Addis Ababa: The President of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Mnifi, met with the President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, Mohamed Ould Sheikh Al-Ghazwani, at the headquarters of the African Union in the Ethiopian capital, Addis Ababa.
The Council’s media office stated that the meeting was held yesterday, Friday, and discussed bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries in various fields, and discussed the agenda of the 37th African Summit and a number of other issues.
According to the media office, the Mauritanian President affirmed his support for the steps of the President of the Presidential Council to achieve stability in Libya, and the national reconciliation process led by the Council with the support of the African Union.
