Abu Dhabi: Saif Abdulla Alshamisi, Assistant Undersecretary for Protocol Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, received a copy of the credentials of Jorge Rafael Ruiz, the new Ambassador of the Republic of Guatemala to the UAE. In the meeting, Alshamisi expressed his well-wishes for Ambassador Ruiz, hoping for success in his duties and highlighting the UAE’s commitment to strengthening bilateral relations with Guatemala across various sectors.
According to Emirates News Agency, Ambassador Ruiz commended the UAE’s significant regional and international standing, attributing this to the leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. This acknowledgment underscores the mutual respect and potential for collaboration between the two nations.
