Riyadh, Ministry of Health (MoH) stressed the importance of taking the second dose, pointing out that it is the only way to confront variants, activate the vaccine after the first dose and raise and achieve the level of immunity of the community.
In the same context, MoH announced the registration of 103 confirmed cases and 195 recoveries in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the past 24 hours.
The ministry added that the number of active cases reached 2,289, including 565 critical cases.
The statistics showed that the total number of infections in the country reached 545,727, while the recovery tally reached 534,834.
The ministry reported 6 new deaths, bringing fatality tally in the Kingdom to 8604.
