Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Forum to Open at Dubai World Trade Centre

Dubai:The Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Forum will commence on October 13 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The event is set to gather 1,000 leaders from both government and private sectors, alongside prominent decision-makers, global experts, and academics.

According to Emirates News Agency, the forum is organized by the Mohammed bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development (MBRCLD). Its aim is to promote best practices in leadership and management, facilitate the exchange of expertise and insights on future management and leadership trends, and discuss experiences that contribute to enhancing institutional performance.

The forum will also highlight several future initiatives and projects in Dubai, showcasing the city's developmental vision and strategic directions. A significant event of the forum will be the honoring of the Director-General chosen to receive the Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Medal, the highest accolade within the Government of Dubai. This medal was introduced by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum during the previous edition of the forum, to foster a culture of developing government leaders and empowering second-tier leadership.

The forum's agenda includes a variety of panel discussions, specialized workshops, and addresses that explore the future of institutional leadership amidst rapid changes in the work environment. It will emphasize the role of modern technologies and AI in enhancing decision-making systems and improving performance efficiency. Furthermore, it will present more adaptable administrative models capable of responding to changes and capitalizing on opportunities.

Additionally, the agenda features several Strategic Leadership Majlis meetings. These meetings will convene leaders from various sectors within Dubai, including the Future Economy Majlis, the Future Cities Leadership Majlis, and the New Global Narrative Majlis.
