RABAT: King Mohammed VI of Morocco has pardoned 2,476 prisoners on the occasion of Throne Day. According to Morocco state news agency (MAP), the King has pardoned 16 prisoners convicted of extremism and terrorism. These prisoners obtained Royal Approval after officially expressing their commitment to the nation's constants and sanctities, revising their ideological orientations, and rejecting extremism and terrorism.
