A formal handover ceremony took place in Sana'a on Monday between the outgoing Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation, Eng. Abdulmalik al-Thawr, and the incoming Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Water Resources, Dr. Radwan al-Rubai. During the ceremony, Minister al-Rubai commended his predecessor for leading the ministry through challenging times and emphasized the importance of teamwork in continuing efforts to serve the Yemeni people and alleviate their suffering. He expressed optimism about building on past achievements and advancing the ministry's work. Outgoing Minister al-Thawr wished Dr. al-Rubai success in his new role, encouraging all ministry staff to support the new leadership and continue their dedication to the government's agenda of change and development.
