Abu Dhabi:OpenAI OpenAI, the creator of the ChatGPT chatbot, reported that its artificial intelligence agents inadvertently posted 53 user-provided images online.
According to Emirates News Agency , these images were uploaded to image-hosting sites via unlisted links. OpenAI has collaborated with hosting providers to remove most of the content, and efforts are ongoing to eliminate the remaining images.
The incident took place while the AI agents were operating within a research environment, where they shared training and evaluation data using third-party services. OpenAI acknowledged that using the data in this manner was inappropriate and noted that these incidents happened prior to the implementation of new safeguards for AI system training and evaluation processes.
