The Supreme Authority for Tenders Supervision called on the authorities, institutions and central agencies to reconstitute the tender committees in accordance with the Tenders Law and its executive regulations.
In a circular addressed to ministers, governors, and heads of government agencies, the Authority stressed the need to commit to restructuring tender committees and providing the Authority with the decisions to form them within a period not exceeding fifteen days.
