Peru’s Foreign Minister Inaugurates New Embassy Headquarters in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi: Elmer Schialer Salcedo, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Peru, officially inaugurated the headquarters of Peru's Embassy in Abu Dhabi. The ceremony was attended by Ahmed bin Ali Al Sayegh, Minister of State, alongside other distinguished guests.

According to Emirates News Agency, the event saw the presence of Alberto Alejandro Farje Orna, Ambassador of Peru to the UAE, members of the embassy staff, and numerous accredited Arab and foreign diplomatic corps members. Business leaders and members of the Peruvian community residing in the UAE also attended the ceremony.

During the inauguration, the Peruvian Foreign Minister emphasized the strong ties of friendship between Peru and the UAE. He identified the UAE as a strategic partner and expressed hope for further strengthening of the partnership to benefit both nations. The Minister also extended his gratitude to H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, for his pivotal role in enhancing relations between the two countries.
