The researcher Labib Abdo Deghaish Hawash obtained a PhD from the Faculty of Sharia and Law at Sana'a University for his thesis titled "Attachment of what the debtor has with others. A comparative study". The discussion and judging committee consisted of the Associate Professor of Pleadings Law at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Sana'a University, Dr. Adel Ali Al-Najjar - the main supervisor of the thesis, and the Associate Professor at the Police Academy, Dr. Sadiq Yahya Al-Ari, as chairman and external discussant, and Dr. Saeed Khaled Al-Sharabi, a member and internal discussant from Sana'a University. The jury praised the subject of the letter, as it is one of the important topics in Yemeni reality, and it addresses the issue of the debtor's evasion from the implementation of judicial rulings.
