Hamoud al-Naqeeb, Head of the Social Affairs Committee in the Capital Sana'a, inaugurated a new afforestation initiative on Friday, targeting median islands in Shu'ub district. The project, launched on al-Nasr Street, involves planting pomegranate and guava trees, as well as other forestry and ornamental species. During the inauguration, al-Naqeeb emphasized the importance of utilizing the rainy season for afforestation, aligning with the revolutionary leadership's focus on agriculture.
