President Al-Mashat congratulates Algerian President on winning second presidential term

His Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Head of the Supreme Political Council, congratulated the President of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, the President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, on winning a second presidential term.
