President Mattarella and his PM receive Dbeibah in Rome.Attorney general inspects work progress in prosecution offices north and south Hodeida

Tripoli: Italian President, Sergio Mattarella, and his Prime Minister, Giorgia Meloni, received yesterday the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul-Hamid Dbeibah, at the Quirinale Republican Palace in Rome.

The Public Prosecutor, Judge Dr. Muhammad Muhammad Al-Dailami, inspected the progress of work in the prosecution offices in the north and south of Hodeida city .

During the visit, in which he was accompanied by the Chief Prosecutor of Hodeida province Appeals, Judge Hadi Aydah, Judge Al-Dailami was briefed on the investigation procedures, mechanisms for registering , recording data, archiving and seizing seizures in criminal cases.

The Public Prosecutor discussed with the presidents and judges of the North and South Hodeida Courts, in the presence of the two prosecutors and members of the prosecution, the level of coordination for holding trial sessions, implementing decisions, and deciding cases, especially those involving prisoners being urgent.

Judge Al-Dailami stressed the redoubling of efforts to complete cases, bring justice closer to citizens, grant prisoners who deserve conditional release, those sentenced to custodial sentences, and guarantees in cases under investigation that do not pose a dange
r to society.
