Jeddah: President of the Republic of Sierra Leone, Julius Maada Bio, received the Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Hissein Brahim Taha, on the sidelines of the 15th session of the Islamic Summit Conference held in Banjul, Republic of The Gambia.
During the meeting, which took place today, Taha expressed his appreciation of the Republic of Sierra Leone for its support for OIC’s activities, thanking the President for his country’s support for the Palestinian cause, in particular.
The meeting also discussed ways and means of enhancing dialogue and cooperation between the OIC and the Republic of Sierra Leone in areas of common interest.
