Doha: The general index of Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) rose 14.31 points, or 0.14% to reach the level of 10,175 points at the beginning of trading on Thursday, compared to yesterday's closing, backed by six sectors. Qatar Stock Exchange figures showed a positive performance in the Telecoms by 0.68%; Real Estate by 0.37%; Transportation by 0.28%; Industrials by 0.24%; Banks and Financial Services by 0.15% and Insurance by 0.02%. On the other hand, the performance was negative for the Consumer Goods and Services by 0.08%. At 10:00 am, Qatar Stock Exchange recorded 2562 transactions worth QR 58.140 million, distributed to 34.534 million shares. Source: Qatar News Agency
