An intellectual symposium titled “The Nation’s Responsibility towards the Aggression on Gaza” was held on Thursday in the capital Sana’a.
Organized by various Salafi movements in collaboration with the Political Bureau of Ansarullah.
The event, held under the slogan “Towards Raising Religious, Moral, and Humanitarian Responsibility towards the Injustice of Our People in Gaza,” featured discussions on the critical role of scholars, preachers, and the broader nation in addressing the ongoing conflict.
Moderated by Dr. Hazam Al-Assad, a member of the Ansarullah Political Bureau, the symposium covered four key areas: the duty of religious leaders in supporting Gaza, the nature of the conflict with Israel, the general responsibility of the nation towards the aggression on Gaza, and the role of scientific and academic elites in regional developments.
Speakers emphasized the need for unity, financial support, and resistance against the Zionist entity, urging a comprehensive boycott of Israeli, American, and Euro
pean products.
The speakers also called for increased awareness and mobilization through media and educational platforms to support Gaza and the Palestinian cause.
The symposium concluded with calls for actionable steps to translate the discussions into reality, including enhancing public awareness through religious sermons, educational activities, and community engagement.
