Saqr Humanitarian Work Forum to Launch in Ras Al Khaimah in November

Ras Al Khaimah:The Saqr Humanitarian Work Forum is set to take place from November 4 to 6, 2026, at the Ras Al Khaimah Exhibition Centre (Expo). The event is organized under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the UAE Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, and in partnership with Operation Chivalrous Knight 3, spearheaded by the Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Charity and Humanitarian Foundation.

According to Wam, the forum aligns with the directives of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to bolster humanitarian efforts and coordinate the UAE's relief initiatives on both regional and international scales. The focus will particularly be on supporting the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.

The event will coincide with the launch of the 'Thobe Al Farah 3' (Garment of Joy 3), marking the third mass wedding in the Gaza Strip. This initiative, largely supported by the foundation, will assist 250 grooms by providing necessary wedding items and will also highlight other relief and development efforts to ease their hardships.

The forum will showcase national solidarity through various pavilions and programs, featuring participation from academic, medical, and private-sector entities. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in workshops on cutting-edge humanitarian practices and solutions presented by notable international organizations. Furthermore, the forum will spotlight youth-led innovation projects and pioneering humanitarian and community partnership initiatives.

The primary objective of the forum is to unify visions and promote sustainable solidarity values, thereby enhancing the UAE's reputation as a central hub for launching impactful humanitarian initiatives worldwide.
