Mamadou Sow, Head of the Regional Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), commended Saudi Arabia for its steadfast support, represented by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), in aiding the Palestinian people amidst the ongoing humanitarian crisis. Sow delivered his remarks during the signing of the financial support memorandum in Riyadh yesterday between the ICRC and KSrelief to address humanitarian needs in Gaza. Sow emphasized that this memorandum marks a significant step toward alleviating the severe suffering of Gazans. He highlighted the generous donation of $10 million from Saudi Arabia, which will significantly contribute to meeting the vital needs of Gaza's population. He assured that these funds would reach those in need the most within the region.
